Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

XRP Desk (xrpdesk.app) is a free XRP Ledger analytics dashboard. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the site, how it is used, and the choices you have.

The short version

Data we collect

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-C2MR128SP9) to measure aggregate traffic — for example, which pages are popular and what kinds of devices visitors use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and may collect your IP address, browser type, and approximate location (city-level). This information is processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Render) keeps standard web-server logs — IP address, requested URL, user agent, and timestamp — for security and debugging. Logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for profiling.

On-device preferences

Settings such as dark/light theme, language choice, and pinned favorite sections are stored locally in your browser via localStorage. They never leave your device and are deleted if you clear your browser data.

Data we do not collect

Third-party links

The Guide page contains referral links to Gemini and SoFi, clearly labeled as referrals. Clicking one takes you to that company's site, which operates under its own privacy policy. We may receive referral compensation if you sign up; outbound links are marked rel="sponsored noopener".

Market data shown on the site is aggregated server-side from public sources (exchanges, CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, XRPL public RPCs, and similar). No information about you is sent to those sources beyond what is inherent in a server making a public API request.

Cookies

The site uses:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable without them (analytics simply won't count your visit).

Children's privacy

XRP Desk is a general-audience financial-data site not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade any data. Aggregate analytics may be processed by Google (Analytics) and our hosting provider (Render) as described above. We will disclose information only if required by law.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
