The 100 billion max supply is split into six exclusive late-Sep 2026 proxy buckets that sum to 100 billion: Ripple escrow (proxy partition) 32.0B; Ripple operational (non-escrow, proxy partition) 4.7B; Labeled exchanges (proxy partition) 21.8B; Spot ETF vaults (proxy partition) 1.1B; Founders (ex-Ripple co., proxy partition) 4.6B; Other / unlabeled (proxy partition) 35.8B. Burn is separate and is not one of the six rows. 13F estimated XRP is a subset of the spot ETF vault, not another bucket. There is no Ripple-total row — Ripple combined is only escrow plus operational.
