Tempo's XRPL MPP method has two intents. Charge is one on-chain Payment per request — XRP, issued currencies (IOUs), or MPTs. Session opens an XRP Payment Channel once, then meters with off-chain vouchers until a later claim. This desk shows public ledger proxies for those rails, not Stripe or Tempo Dashboard volume.
